Why BidFinderEDU Exists
BidFinderEDU, like many things, was designed out of a need to solve a pain point of our founder. Ultimately, we needed to monitor many procurement websites without needing as much manual intervention, and in doing so, realized the benefit is far greater than can be contained to one individual. We are making a conscious effort to maintain a reasonable rate to reach as many people as possible and better the higher education ecosystem!

We hope that you’re here trying to find a way to review less procurement websites from higher education and are seeking a faster and more robust way to track that with only a fraction of the effort.
What does BidFinderEdu solve best?
We’re a good fit if you need a way to review bids quickly from many higher education institutions to determine where your time is best spent. Unfortunately you can’t bid directly through our platform, but that’s not where we see the best chance of working with higher education today. We all need to see what’s out there so we can know where to spend our time. You’ll still need to sign up at certain platforms, but at least you’ll know that you should.
What future upgrades are planned to BidFinderEDU?
In the future we plan to add more features and assist with needs of vendors seeking to work with higher education institutions. This includes features such as:
